This document establishes the conditions of access and use of https://www.philosopherseeds.com (hereinafter “website”) that Diseminatium S.L. offers to the Internet users.

The purpose of this website is the sale to people of the legal age of gardening equipment and grow lighting systems, as well as products associated to the world of cannabis.

The registered users can also subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest offers and news from the sector.

7. Infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties

11. The issue of cannabis seed sales

The Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (1961) amended by the Protocol of 1972 and ratified by the Spanish State, provides the control of flowering or fruiting tops of the cannabis plant, as well as resin obtained from the cannabis plant, but explicitly excludes seeds.

In Spain, the sale of seeds does not constitute a crime if their cultivation is not intended for trafficking. Diseminatium S.L. exclusively sales seeds for own use to those countries where cultivation for own use does not constitute a crime, for study or for collectors.

It is duty of the user to be aware of the laws in his/her country with regard to cannabis.

Diseminatium S.L. does not want to induce anyone to act in conflict with their country's current law.

The user agrees not to use the services and contents of the website to carry out illicit activities that may constitute a crime and/or infringe the copyrights or patent rights or any other rules of the applicable legislation.

Diseminatium S.L. does not accept responsibility for any misuse of the seeds we sell.

Diseminatium S.L. is not responsible for illegal uses of our products carried out by third parties.

12. Applicable law, jurisdiction and settlement of on-line complaints

These general terms and conditions are ruled by Spanish laws.

Diseminatium S.L. and the user, both parties expressly waive any other privileges that might correspond to them and agree to submit to the jurisdiction and exclusive competence of the Law Courts and Tribunals of Figueres for any controversy that may be derived from the application of any services rendered and which are the object of these Conditions for Use and the particular conditions defined in the \"Payment method\" section of this website.

13. Limitation of liability

Possession of cannabis seeds is not a criminal offence in Spain (1961 Vienna Convention). Cannabis cultivation may be subject to administrative and criminal sanctions (Art.25.1 of Organic Law on the Protection of Citizen's Security and Art. 368 of Penal Code). Purchasing seeds for collecting or agricultural research is LEGAL in Spain, as well as in Ireland, England, Scotland, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Russia, Italy and Japan.

We ship our seeds with the restriction that no third parties will use them against the law. This trade doesn't force or induce to act against the law. We explicitly indicate that the purchaser of our seeds will be responsible for his/her future acts. In the event of being used for human consumption the responsibility lies on the purchaser, and our company accepts no responsibility for that.

Unfortunately, laws on cannabis seed trade vary from one country to another. That's why we strongly recommend to be informed on the regulations and laws of your country.

Purchasing these products from countries where cannabis seeds are illegal is prohibited, for example: USA, Canada, Australia, eastern countries or any other country where possesing cannabis seeds is illegal. We will not ship seeds to any of these countries under no circumstances.

However, if a person from another country irresponsibly purchases any of these products without knowing the laws on his/her country, our company shall not be liable for the possible legal problems derived from this purchase, and will not redeem any amount for goods being held or confiscated by customs.
