Velatello, a sweet and fruity cannabis strain

Velatello by Aficionado French Connection is a high potency strain with fruity and sweet aromas and flavours, available only in feminised seed format.

Velatello is a low/mid-sized plant with a good Indica-Sativa balance and good resistance to pests and diseases. It produces multi-coloured purple and green buds with lots of orange stigmas that stand out with the thick white resin coating that covers them.

Velatelo, Velato x Sorbetto

Velatelo, a cross between Velato and Sorbetto. On the one hand Sorbetto (Sunset Sherbet x Zkittlez x F10 Magnum Opus) has been awarded in several countries, being highly appreciated for its high resin production and for its distinctive Zkittlez (tropical sweetie) terpenes profile. It is a selection made in a fourth generation (Sorbetto #101) where sweet and exotic fruity aromas emerge, so it has been used as a reverse female pollen donor. On the other hand Velato, a refined plant with a strong aromatic expression that stands out already during the growth stage with a clear dominance of the Gelato terpenes. It has fruity and sweet organoleptic properties on a berries, lavender and earthy background.

Velatello, cannabis with a high THC level

Velatello maintains the aromas of its progenitors, with sweet buds with berry flavour and earthy background, yet they acquire a new fruity ice-cream nuance with some sweeties’ notes and earthy background.

Velatelo has a high THC content, producing a relaxing high with a strong physical narcotic effect.

Velatelo is ready to harvest in about 9 weeks of flowering indoors, while outdoors it is ready in early October. Some phenotypes are ready to harvest in late September.
