How can I track my order?

Log into your account and go to “My Orders”. You’ll see the order status and tracking number once it’s shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Only if it hasn’t been prepared yet. Write to us as soon as possible and we’ll try to help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the country and shipping method, delivery takes between 48 and 72 working hours. You’ll see an estimate in your cart.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Check the tracking info. If there’s a delay or no information, contact us with your order number and we’ll solve it.

Our headquarters and warehouses are in Girona (Spain), and we ship discreetly to most European countries.

All shipments are made in unmarked and discreet boxes.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48h of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How can I return a product?

You have 14 days to return it if you haven’t used it. Write to us and we’ll explain how to return it easily.

Please note that there are exceptions that prevent the return of certain products, for example for hygiene reasons. Check the reasons here.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

Check if it was sent separately. If not, contact us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
